Why is True Wealth not on the list of asset managers authorised and supervised by FINMA?
True Wealth AG is authorised by FINMA to manage assets of occupational pension schemes and is also subject to direct supervision by FINMA. Accordingly, True Wealth is included in the following FINMA list: List of authorised fund management companies, managers of collective assets and representatives of foreign collective investment schemes.
True Wealth's FINMA authorisation covers both the asset management of pension assets (such as Pillar 3a) and the asset management of free assets. Unlike asset managers who only manage free assets, True Wealth is not only authorised by FINMA but also supervised by FINMA.
