How do I withdraw a partial amount from my account?
Log in to the customer area and go to the «Payments» tab. There you can enter and confirm a payout amount. We will sell part of your securities if necessary and then transfer the desired amount in Swiss francs to your confirmed reference account.
Please note that withdrawals below the minimum amount of CHF 8,500 are not possible (unless you wish to close your account).
