How is security ensured for withdrawals?
Withdrawals can only be made to a verified bank account in the client's name. This is more secure than normal e-banking, where payments can be made to any recipient.
The payout account is automatically determined by an identification payment (usually the first deposit). If the payout account is to be changed at a later date, additional written confirmation is required, in which we compare the signature with the signature on your ID, which was used when the account was opened.
