What will happen to my account if True Wealth is acquired or discontinues its business operations?
Your investments are not held at True Wealth AG, but at the account-holding bank. This applies to both cash and securities. Your Pillar 3a assets are also held externally, in our case at Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank.
If True Wealth is taken over, your account will remain with our account-holding bank and you can access it at any time.
If True Wealth ceases its business activities, your account will also remain with our account-holding bank until you have closed your account or transferred the asset management mandate to another wealth manager.
